slokr Namespace

Merged into the slokr function.

The function namespace mirrors most of the static constants/types exposed by Slokr:

• modes (WebSocket, WebTransport, Hybrid, ValidModes, ValidMode)
• helper types (CACHE, FLAGS, EVENTS, EVENT)
• classes (Error, Client)
• nested namespaces (HANDLE, EVENT)

Use this when importing default slokr and reading attached namespace typings.
